"From the time I started my ISP (Wallmart Connect) to my first download of 4Mbs it has work great. It started 8.5 kbs an stop at 5.8kbs for a dial-up that great. Faster than the intel or the USR I had in the PCI slot.thay started at 7 an ended at 1.3kbs
