"I'm running Vista 32bits with 4Gb RAM. Since replacing my Saphire Radeon X1950 Pro (which is overheating in graphic intense games), I now only see 2Gb out of the 4Gb. I was seeing the normal 3Gb out of 4Gb with the Radeon card. Not sure yet if it is defective. Drivers are up to date and putting the old card in gets me back to 3Gb.
