"The only problem with this stand is that there is no adjustment when you find the right spot. We turned it to where we wanted it to stay, and it swiveled back in the opposite direction. We had to put a piece of cloth underneat it to keep it in place. "

"The stand is listed for up to 32" TVs so we should have known better than to use it for a 42" TV. That being said, the 42" LCD TV was well within the stand's specified weight limit, but the stand was very unsteady and the TV wobbled way too much. "
