"The unit works with Lexar 300x UDMA cards. If not, call customer support and they will overnight the unit back to you with the UDMA support enabled. They were very responsive and fast; they even called me back! I give customer support an A+.

"Opposite of ergonomic and broke after the third use. It cannot download without being plugged in and it's slow. All of this would be forgivable if it was reliable, which I was given the impression (in store) that it was. "
