"First one I have found after 5 tries that picks up all of the local digital signals. I was beginning to think I would not have TV after the change since satelite will not give them to us because we were suppose to live close enough to get them via antenna. "Why don't you list your antenna with the reception quality as listed on[*].org - government site. This will help eliminate trial and error methods of items that are not suited for your residence.Second, when you call for a refund why not issue a shipping credit so the device can be return promptly and you can achieve your goal of CUSTOMER SERVICE OR SATISFACTION for future SALE$$$...."
