"I have enjoyed using the Pro-73, but it does have one problem...(falsing). It confuses X-band for Ka-band on street light sensors and other things like electronic doors. "Power plug came apart in lighter outlet and melted the end. Mom burned her finger trying to get the fuse out. I think the end just came unthreaded. After I buy a new cord, I'll check it for tightness every now and then. Other than that it works fine for the price. Buy it but watch the power cord. "

"It's a good detector over all. In my state they don't use X-band so it would be useful to turn it off. X-band goes off a lot around the city. "
