"First there is a work around for the humming sound. Turn the brightness all the way up and the humming goes away. I was anoid by that at first but then I discovered the Picture, text and economy modes. If you press and hold the top button on your monitor you will switch modes (Try it and you will see what I mean.) that way having the brightness all the way up will not bother people with sensitive eyes.
