great drive, USELESS software for 64bit

"If you run 64-bit Windows then the included software is worthless. I wish WD had published that somewhere before I spent the extra money on the "Elite" model to get the backup software. Their customer service did nothing to rectify, so I'm pretty frustrated with them. The hardware itself is fine, but without the software it's really no different from any other piece of hardware...."
