BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY EVER

"I USED THE WD MY BOOK ONLY ONCE TO BACKUP A LAPTOP HARDDRIVE 9 MONTHS AFTER I PURCHASED IT. THE BACKUP WAS SUCCESSFUL AS I TESTED IT IN ANOTHER LAPTOP. 4 MONTHS LATER THAT HARDDRIVE CRASHED AND WHEN I WENT TO DOWNLOAD THE BACKUP TO THE NEW HARDDRIVE, IT WOULD NOT WORK.
