"It's big!! You need to keep that in mind, but it's fantastic. So easy to use, you'll be up and running within 5 minutes. I use it with my SB800 (pointed toward the back silver lining), on a medium duty lightstand with a standard umbrella mount bracket and I trigger it with my D300's flash in commander mode. "The light from this with my Canon 580ex is wonderful but I've had a hard time putting it at an angle because my light stand has to be inserted through a zipper in the back of the softbox and angling the box changes the relationship of that zipper opening to my pole and I can't angle it very much.
