Wein products has duplicated the entire line of its popular solid state batteryless slaves in a digital format that can perfectly synchronize with digital preflash cameras. Just plug them in and you have fabulous, optically slaved remote lighting enhancement for the weaker, built-in digital camera flash. These miniature batteryless encapsulated digital slaves can be attached to your existing flash units and will perfectly synchronize the flash with your digital camera by optical wireless remote control .

The original battery-free pulse-light photo slave. The L8D flash slave can fire a remote strobe up to 150-feet away from the triggering strobe. Plugs directly inot any strobe or powerpack accepting an H-Prong connector.

Range up to 150 feet.
Super-compact; smaller than a 35mm film cartridge.
Standard "H"-prong connector.

"Tested every way I can think of with Canon 580 EX and in-camera flash on 20D. Covers no preflash, one preflash and possibly more than one preflash, nothing. Tested Novatron studio flash input, that works fine. Returning it. Second Wein unit I've had that either failed or was DOA. "
