"I purchased this phone to replace a similar, but much older model. I purchased the base, and 3 extra handsets. I received the merchandise well packaged, and very quickly. The product description is accurate, and I would agree with another review that mentioned the buttons make it difficult to not disconnect a call when pressed against the cheek while talking. "I have this phone except in the two-phone pack. It hasn't worked correctly since I got it, but I didn't take it back in time. When I try to call people, it's like it doesn't recognize the numbers and I get "try your call again." Sometimes I try three times dialing people and the call never goes through and I get really irritated and want to throw the phone across the room. This is the worst phone I've ever owned..."
