"We recently bouught this phone. WE have had VTech before and this one does not dissapoint either. It is very easy to setup and has many features that are easy to use. What i liked was that the 2nd and 3rd handsets did not require a jack which makes it possible to to plug in anywhere and saves you the wires. this also makes it easy to change up the location at any time. "Very clear crisp sound, wide range volume,loud enough for the hard of hearing. Caller ID letters are large, background and numbers are well lit and easy to read. Ringers can be cut off on individual handset. Speaker phone is clear no walkie talkie effect. "
