"I purchased this phone system for my elderly father. He can't get around very well anymore, so to have a phone everywhere he needs them has been a very big relief for him and us, the family. "This phone has been nothing but frustration since I hooked it up. The buttons don't respond immediately (or sometimes at all) when you press them, which means that sometimes by the time the phone registers that you want to answer it, the machine has already picked up.
