"I purchased this unit approximately 8 months ago and while the base/corded unit looks and sounds great the cordless unit/phone isn't anything to brag about in the ease of use or sound Q department (meaning my 50-something dad and 50-something sales rep always manage to misuse a feature or function). "I think everything is great about this phone except for the directions. I've tried for 2 whole days to setup the voicemail on there and I just can't seem to figure it out! Other than that, i recommend this phone!
