"I am a VTech lover all their phones suit me so well, with me being a college student! the headset that goes with this pnone is truly amazing, and if you dont have it you should get one! its so easy to use. the only draw back is that it only stores 20 numbers. that needs to be changed. "This is a great second handset. I like how you can change the faceplates on the phone and the base. The numbers also light up which is a great feature. Only thing that I would change would be the way that you delete caller ID. "We like the phone other than it does not stay charge long. After a couple of months the phone charges only for a few phone calls and you have to keep charging it. Other than that we really liked the phone. "
