horrible audio

"the tv looked as it had a slight dent on audio grill in front, i can deal with that, but the audio. its fine if i don't have the surround sound on, but when i do, it sounds like a speaker is blown, all this rattle and hiss or some other obnoxious sound i find hard to describe. i don't normally return things, i find it a major pain in the neck and hate doing it..
