"Pros Great picture. Decent user interface. Cons Ordered two Vizio 37" TVs. One came with a bad remote receiver (remote itself worked but the TV would not recognize it). So, in my opinion, quality control at the factory isn't up to snuff. It was fixed in about a week but they scratched the screen slightly in the process (not so bad you can see it watching TV). "Pros Easy set up. Seemed a good picture on HD channels, not so good on lower-quality channels. But this is typical of LCD and I had no chance to play with any of the settings. Cons Picture died after 30 minutes viewing. After six contacts with Vizio tech support, spread over twelve days, they are still refusing to schedule a repair appointment.
