"This particular Vizio model (VW32L) is a very good LCD HD set. It's ease to connect and set-up makes it ready to go straight out of the box. If there's a drawback to this set, it's the lack of any kind of outputs, specifically the lack of video and audio outputs you would find with the Vizio VX32L (same size Vizio LCD HD set but with video/audio outputs at the same price ). The picture clarity is outstanding, ..." Read Full Review

"I have worked with Vizio at Sears for two years and my overall impression is, there alright. They're not the worst brand but not even close to the best. Throughout the years we have had an average amount of problems with them. The picture quality is decent but, not great. Compared to Panasonic LCD and the top their Vizio does not compare. If you compare it to Sylvania and Westinghouse it is only margin..." Read Full Review
The picture clarity is outstanding, and very comparable to what you'll find with more expensive LCD HDTVs. The response time as you change channels is excellent. If it lacks anything in changing channels, its the ability to directly enter a sub-channel (11.1, 11.2, or 11.3 for example).
This would make an excellent choice as a second set, or as an oversized computer monitor. As a primary set connected to a home theater type set-up, there's probably some better choices other than this particular model.
The lack of video/audio outputs, however, prompted me to return this set.
I would give this set a qualified recommendation."
"I read a lot of reviews on a lot of different TV's and found the info most helpful. So i thought I'd share my opinion on this particular TV to help others like me. Setup was simple and fast (within 30 minutes was watching the Bruins in HD!). Volume is great, no problems at all. We have this in our bedroom and is perfect. The screen does not show any sun glare whatsoever, perfect for a very sunny room! As the expression goes...The black is black, the white is white. We got it on sale for $499 and got the 3 year in home service plan for i think $150. We've had it for 4 weeks now and love it. Also, our cable provider (Comcast) gave us the HD cables with our new HD/DVR, so we didn't have to buy any extra expensive cables like some other people have compained about. Overall, great experience with the TV and Sears. Would definately buy from Sears again."
"This is such a fantastic TV. We have a 37" Visio in the bedroom which we purchased about 8 months ago and now this 32". They are both so beautiful to watch that it is hard to leave the room. We would like to purchase a 52" LCD Visio when one becomes available. Like others, We searched the web and stores and found this to be the best buy and picture quality. How could you find a better picture?"
"This TV is the best for the money. Mine was under [$] and worth eve3ry penny. The image is very clear with aome motion blur...but you will have this, unless you get a 120mHz tv. Setup was a breeze. The only drawback I can tell you is it needs more connections...HDMI and component. In comparison to a standard definition TV in 480i, the colors set the two apart. The cathode tube TV has better blacks, but who really is gonna notice when the colors are ten times that fo standard tv's.My PS3 blu-ray is incredible. The calrity, color and contrast is awesome. I debated on 1080 or 720...there seems to be little visible difference between the two."

"The Vizio brand is a sleeper. Few know that they ship more LCD TV's than Sony or Sharp. And, you don't have to pay for the name. This particular model is super and I would highly recommend it to any one looking for an LCD TV. I did a LOT of research before buying this model and the customer reviews from many sites all said the same thing; great bang for the buck and a super quality picture. I have a 37" also that I am equally pleased with. Even the packaging system is superior to other brands. This shows great overall attention to detail. I have friends who use Vizio LCD's with rabbit ears as well as a cable box. With the rabbit ears you get HD over the air (I'm within 10 miles of the antennas for the main channels in Orlando)."
"I just recently bought this t.v. and I am proud to say that I am pretty much satisfied with it's performance it's HD channels were excellent , even without a cable box, just straight cable plugged directly into the t.v. I am also using it as a pc monitor , the results are outstanding. The remote is very simple and easy to navigate. In addition I was able to price match, with SEARS having no problem honoring it refunded me the difference plus 10 percent. Keep up the good work. SEARS rocks.......!!!!!!"
"were you able to get the right resolution using it as a computer monitor. I am using a 32" panasonic and whe windows and buttons and fonts are huge........."
"Nice tv like that it is also a hdtv ..my uncle recently purchased one exactly like this model and I thought he paid too much for his ($2,000)
Wonderful set..The flat screen is a new modern touch to the old type screens...The picture was wonderful and very clear
The screen was sizable enough to make you feel like your at the movie theater. Which is the experience I was trying to convey to all in the room...everyone really enjoyes watching this screen. The sound with his souround sound was too much....perfect. I felt like I was part of the show. The i-max experience was too believable....My choice would be this set for my purchase of a new television set. for these reasons .Also the price was within the range of what I would pay. I purchased my last tv at K Mart also."
"This tv was a fantastic buy! Ordered it before the Super Bowl after much research and got it at the $399 sale price. I haven't even hooked up the HD yet and the picture is still great. Setup was simple. Totally worth the money. THRILLED with my purchase. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a new tv."
"We couldn't be haipper. Using as a bedroom unit and the picture is great the sound is good and it's easy to navigate."

Throughout the years we have had an average amount of problems with them. The picture quality is decent but, not great. Compared to Panasonic LCD and the top their Vizio does not compare. If you compare it to Sylvania and Westinghouse it is only marginally better. I would recommend this tv for a kitchen, bedroom, or even a kids room (although plasma is more durable). I would not recommend this as a main tv or especially a gaming tv. "
