"Purchased to sit alongside my computer monitor while surfing. Smallest size I could find with a decent picture. Picture is excellent, although viewing angle is extremely narrow. All LCD TVs seem to have poor speakers. I was planning to add a pair of computer speakers, but found it unnecessary as I sit right next to it. It died at six months. Con: For close desktop viewing, the vertical view angle is small -- it needs to be tilted Exactly Right or the image is trashed. Strongly recommend external speakers (any cheap computer speakers will do) -- the sound is tinny and harsh. "
