"After only having the phone for 2 days I LOVE IT! I worried about texting with the buttons being so small but had no problem hitting the key that I wanted......even with my thumb! I love the fact that when closed, the keypad stays locked until you hit the OK button so you're not accidentally placing a call or going online. "this is a great phone if you are a heavy texter. it has a built in capability to predict the next word based on what you have typed in previous conversations.
