Does Alot but Not Compatiable with Dish DVR

"After about 6 calls to URC technical support (responsive, courteous and helpful)and after returning my original remote to Amazon for an exchange, it became clear that this IR remote is not compatiable with the Dish Network 622 VIP DVR (with the DVR set to respond to IR remotes).
