Cute in looks, but not in sound quality

"Takes a ton of batteries (10 ) total for the unit and the receiver. Sound quality is a bit tinny and weak, especially in the bass range, where it sounds fuzzy.

Tried to return it, but the company has yet to respond. It has been over a week.
