"This speaker is worth 4 to 5 times the amount we paid for it. It's in a class all its own for external speakers. It's both louder and clearer than speakers we paid $75 and more for. "I use this speaker to accompany my remotely-mounted ham radio (Yaesu FT-7800R). This speaker is BIG (check measurements before thinking it will fit in a particular spot), but the sound is clear and loud (if need be). Very happy with bang for my buck (pun intended). "
