"I bought these mainly because of the intercom feature. I thought it would be really useful. Don't get me wrong, it is, but it functions a bit differently from what I expected. What I expected was a button to intercom all, or individual lines that when pushed would function like a "push to talk" intercom. instead, when you select to intercom a person or all, it rings the phone of that person until they answer.
