"Except for not being able to read the "Phone book" and "CID" on the center circle, once you remember where they are, it's no problem. My husband still hits the "speakerphone" button instead of the green "call" button, but I think that's his problem...because it's so different from his previous Uniden phone. "Nice looking, compact, easy to use BUT static is so bad sometimes that we can't hear caller and caller can't hear us. I mean REALLY bad. Receipt got turned over to bookkeeping and who knows what happened to warranty (if there was one) so we are kind of stuck with this mess "til we can justify a new system.
