NOT just Nascar!

"This is an AWESOME Scanner. The guy who wrote the review two reviews down (Derby, CT on 4/14/2008) obviously thinks this scanner is only for nascar users! SO NOT TRUE! This sweet gadget lets me listen in on Police, Ambulance, Fire, Hospital, Security, and oh yes even Nascar transmissions! Heck, I wouldn't even be surprised if I could get ALIEN transmissions! I'd definitely recommend this scanner to anyone..." Read Full Review »

"I use my scanner everyday just to kick back and listen to all the police related calls. I live in a small town and am able to pick up PD and FD and the County Sheriff. It is easy to program I have cleared and reprogrammed a few times just to get the list just the way I want it. I have nothing bad to …"  Read Full Review »

"This scanner is a solid little performer. I use it for police/fire and ems calls. It has very good reception and audio. It fits right in your pocket and also has preprogrammed frequencies so it's easier to find what you want. I love the blue color also. "

"I use this scanner for personal use. Being new to scanners, it was a little hard to figure out at first. After reading the manual over and over I finally memorized the different combination of keys to push. Good scanner for the price! "

"I am a railroad fan in Canada (Ontario). I use the scanner for listening to train crews talk back and forth, and with dispatch and yard masters. It is excellent for learning and knowing what is going on with on-coming trains. It has a 35+ km range which is extremely impressive. The scan function is …"  Read Full Review »
