I called Uniden and was told I could get a replacement for $10.00 which is reasonable if it went bad during the warranty but this phone was bad right out of the box. "I have a home business. Have handsets everywhere, in warehouse, office, house, bedroom, kitchen. The plug in to an electrical outlet part is nice. The volume seems strange and goes from low to medium only on some phones, others are either low or just high and blow your ears out. Redial does not work on some of them.
