"First of all - the knob doesn't translate voltage the way you think it would. IE; Let's say all the way to the left is 0. All the way to right is 100. Half way being 50. At "0" - a 120mm fan is at 800rpm. At "50" - it's at 900ish. At "75" - it's at 1400. At "100" - it's at 1750. Same pattern for a smaller 80mm. Claims to overclock; does NOT. "Well I made the mistake of buying fans which were rated at a very very high cfm and dB rating... needless to say I was dissapointed with one aspect of this fan controller, NO 4-PIN POWER CABLES !!!! Do NOT buy this fan controller unless you're using only 3-pin fans, or it will simply not work. Haven't found any converters yet on this site either, you have to shop elsewhere for them.
