The CS-450 is a scan conversion device that inputs a computer generated video signal up to 1024x768. It outputs a standard resolution composite, Y/C and RGBS signal in the NTSC and PAL television standard. As an added benefit this device offers a genlock/overlay feature enabling the superimposition of graphics and titles over video. It works very well for computer generated presentations.

"this is a great product. I use it for doing lower thirds and graphics over live video. it works well as a scan converter and also for overlaying graphics. It's easy to use and has all the settings needed to adjust it for just about any setup. "
