"I needed to link my computer in one room to a Canon Pro9000 printer in the next room for occasional use; USB-RJ45 or wireless extenders had limited data rate, but when I need it, I run the cable into the next room and full USB 2.0 speed with no problems. Beats drilling (more) holes in the wall. "
