"If it wasn't so inexpensive I would return it in a heartbeat. You are supposed to peel a small sticker off of the guard. The top layer of the sticker peeled off leaving the shreds of paper on the guard. You know what I mean if you have ever peeled a price tag off and it leaves a bottom layer on the product.
