"My player last all day after the charge. I have no issues withe my player. I brought it two weeks ago. You download your music from window media player library and sync. A Little Disappointed

"I got this for my daughter(she's 20) she liked the color,didn't like the weight of it(she said that it felt like a cheap toy) she had touble with the touch screen and with downloading her music. Her biggest problem was that she could not find the right memory card for it anywhere,the booklet did not help(and yes she did take the mp3 with her to all the stores and no one could help her,because they didn't know wh..." "I had to return this product. Don't waste your money or time on the item. Save up and get an iPod or a Zune. This MP3 player is hard to figure out and is not well made. The software is a nightmare. "
