"From the moment the delivery guys walked through the door with the box to the moment i was watching HD channels was approximately 10 minutes. Setup, was a breeze. Granted, I had setup the tv stand the night before with all necessary cables exposed and at the ready. "Nice T.V. for awhile, but after 14 months a vertical line appeared on the right side of the screen. Of course, the manufacturers warrantly had expired and Toshiba wouldn't help. Repair estimates far exceeded the value of the T.V. Hopefully this isn't a problem with all Regza units, but I know Toshiba had a similar problem with the 46RF35OU. "I bought this TV, after tons of research and looking. It replaces a 32" Sony tube TV. When I bought that Sony it was state of the art. That was 11 years ago. I kept hoping the thing would fail but I finally gave up since football season was coming!!

I narrowed my choice down to Toshiba and Samsung. Samsung is an amazing TV as well and might have a SLIGHTLY better picture if you stand in the store and stare at the the two TVs back to back....
