"Hi, My satellite is 20 months old already, and my battery still holds 2.5 hr on a full charge. May be I am just lucky, but here is how I maintain my battery. If possible, keep your power cord plugged to the outlet all the time. Do not charge untill your battery is totally dead, if possible. "This battery is very bad, at first time the duration was 3hours, two months later 2:10hs 6mo later 1:45 hs, now is like 45 min.
It is difficult to find a 12 cell replacement.
