Great product but mine was a lemon

"Bought two of these and unfortunately in the span of one week, both turned out to be lemons. The screen started flashing pages at exorcist speeds (even snapped pics on my iphone to show returns dept). Tech at store could not guess at what the issue was and for the price, I wouldn't want Toshiba via phone to help me fix it. I was guessing that the software install was faulty. Just a guess.
