"Forget DC, this really is the one. Excellent for getting all the old VHS media into the current age prior to losing them from age etc. I like to get it rolling, then change the input on my TV back to cable. Works, but unresolved problems

"Great that it can record on both VHS and DVD. (VHS is ALWAYS easier than DVD on any unit.)Auto-clock function will not work properly. Auto-clock has to be turned off completely, or will cause problems with manual time setting.Should have come with a Universal remote.Cannot delete sub-channels from channel set-up without deleting main HD channel, so you have to go through all channels when channel surfing.
