"The first time we played a DVD, it worked fine. We went to play another one a couple nights later, and it kept the disk but wouldn't play it.Usually refurbs are a pretty good value, but not this time I'm afraid. It's going back as soon as Overstock.com sends an RMA and a call tag. Blah. "
