"After lots of research the new DR570 seemed pretty sweet. [...] Pretty inexpensive, and easy to set up and use. And it uses all formats (+ and -) of DVD-Rs and DVD-RWs. The remote could use a volume control but thats no big deal. And when learning the machine, the manual could use an index to make finding topics easier. Overall you can't go wrong with the DR570...." "In fairness to CompUSA, I did not buy it from them but am looking for a replacement for this model I bought elsewhere. The tuner could only pull in 3 off the air HD channels even though my TV pulls in 30 HD channels. Supplier admitted tuner is weak! Useless...." Read Full Review »
