"This model I bought today. I took a very long time learning about LCD. t.v.'s and this was not my first pick. Like others, I was brainwashed into thinking that a Samsung would be top of the line for my price range. I was wrong. The Toshiba model is exsquisite. Contrast ratio 8000:1 and you can tell. "This is a good TV. I had originally bought a 26" Samsung for the living room from another store but I took it back because the sound was so horrible. Then I tried a 26" Vizio, big mistake, took that one back real quick, it's not even worth going into detail. This TV actually costs less than the 26" Samsung. "This product is exceptional for the uses I mentioed above. Indian movies dont have particularly good images and appear pretty bad on most TV's. I was plesantly suprised when I watched on this TV. It works great for the other uses mentioned too. "
