Pleasntly surprised!

"Just installed my mother-in-law's purchase of the Toshiba 32AV500U. Even though I suggested Sharp, Samsung or even Sony, she liked this unit. Installation was simple and everything looked fine right out of the box. The picture is excellent from the OTA signal, the universal remote is manageable and there are a huge variety of connections for someone who just has a VCR. "Pros - Outstanding picture, the design of the TV is very attractive. Cons - Whoever designed the user interface should be canned.
