"The side of the TV was pulled apart and kind of warped. It could not be pushed back into place. The DVD player works well but it can be a little difficult getting it to accept the DVD (which it always eventually does). "i love everything about this TV...especially the price!!!! the only thing is that it is slow when changing the channels...there is a pause before it actually connects to the channel you are wanting to watch. BUT...for the price...i can deal with that! "
