"Way back in the '50s and '60s, before the day when the dawn of modern photography was just breaking, the Tiltall tripod was known as the Leitz Tiltall. "Right out of the box on first set up, one of the legs came off in my hand! The threads which hold them to the support are too fine of a thread for the amount of stress required. The legs are extremely tight which makes it even worse, and can't be loosened. This isn't the Tiltall of years ago, it's now made in China...." Read Full Review »

"I recently used this tripod on vacation and it worked flawlessly. The tripod is extremely sturdy and can hold my D200 with a 70-300mm lens completely still at any angle.
I would highly recomend it to anyone wanting a very inexpensive and sturdy tripod.
