"I had a polarizing filter about 25 years ago, misplaced it and finally decided to get a new one, my lens takes 77m size and looking at the prices I was taken aback for a moment, some were several hundred dollars and then I came acrss the Tiffen one. "I used this on a 24-105L Canon Lens. I have a 58 Hoya that I love. It has a small white line to assist with 'aiming' the filter at a consistent angle during a pan for panoramas. This filter does not. It simply has the Tiffen text on the rim. Also, it is not near as easy to thread on as other filters I own. It does work well once it is on, and is well worth the price.
