"Too bad I couldn't put ZERO STARS. I bought this knowing it didn't have all the bells and whistles, but I at least thought it would play the music back!!!! I have loaded and reloaded the songs. Tech support e-mailed me back and said they are aware of a glitch that means I can't use Windows media to sync.
