"Works great! Hooked my cable to the video input connection and with the button on top of the unit I am able to switch between cable TV and broadcast TV. Great reception VHF and good reception for most UHF channels, some better than others, but the UHF antenna allows for a degree of fine tuning. Comes with attached coax cable to go to the TV. "Used to hook up over the air HDTV, did an excellent job of that. But when I switched back to cable I lost several stations (cable) and several more had so much snow in it that it was nasty to see. In the direct mode to cable I could move the antenna and get different picture quality. I could do the same by just moving the antenna cable. Maybe I got a lemon and had a bad cable? Yuk..."
