"Some of the review say it is hard to figure out which is the transmitter and which is the receiver, but they are clearly labeled now (new design I think). You literally plug it in and your done....works GREAT. I was worried about latency but there is none. It comes with a plugin IR blaster cord as well so you can hide unit out of site. "Beware that the picture shown is NOT the model they are shipping. There is a new silver square unit that has the same model number. You have to hold your remote within 10 feet of the transmitter to get a response. Even then, it drops a lot of the commands to the receiver. I am returning it. "
