"This antenna was actually purchased about a year ago and I mounted it in my attic instead of outside. I did not want to bother with grounding it or the homeowners association rules. The cable run through the attic is about 35 feet. I went to antennaweb to get the direction to point the antenna based on my location. I should have known better

"I bought this antenna hoping it would have sufficient gain to receive the new HDTV transmissions. Since most of the carriers are now broadcasting in the UHF band and have reduced their signal strengths, I should have know better. I was about 40 miles from NYC and could only pick up stations north of Peekskill, NY. I cannot really rate the product since it was unrealistic, given my location, that I would get NYC ..."
