o.k. I'll try. They are well made and do the job they were intended to do. I read these online reviews and read all about cracked cases etc. I can tell you that I have never had a cracked case or a CD/DVD that didn't work. Buy it and foget it. "

"The good news is that these Jewel cases are priced right. However the casing is very brittle and therefore they are fragile. The cases do afford protection but can fracture if dropped.Therefore they can be used for the purpose of storage but I would not send them through the mail. "
