Workable but kludgy

"This is an OK product but lacks good software and drops connection a lot. If you are going to use it to transfer multiple files, set it and you device to auto-accept for convenience if you can. The one I purchased is used in a Public Utilities office so that employees can download multiple pictures from phones and cameras used for inspections. This is a solid device with so-so software.
